Restorative
Restorative yoga is the ultimate relaxation practice.
It is especially beneficial for a stressful life, for recovering from injuries or around times of major life events.

A session is made of a small number of specific restorative poses, which are passive and designed to adjust the nervous system as well as to rest the adrenal glands. These postures are usually supported by bolsters, blankets, blocks, or other props and are held for several minutes at a time.
A restorative yoga practice has the ability to release physical and mental tension, leaving you nourished, calm and well rested.
