Treatment & Prices
One-to-One programmes start with a free half an hour consultation. This is done over the phone.
In preparation to our conversation, we will email you an ayurveda and general health questionnaires. The information you provide will shape your holistic yoga programme. We will talk through it and establish how yoga can achieve your goals.
The hourly rate of a One-to-One session is £60 regardless of group size, time of the day or location.
Typically appointments are 1 hour long. Initially, regular meetings will get you off to a good start and make you progress consistently. Together, a plan can be worked out to suit your finances and schedule.

If you are unable to attend a yoga session please give us as much notice as possible, at least 24hr prior either by phone or email. For late cancellations or failure to arrive, you will be asked to pay for the session.
