One-to-One the most effective way to make yoga your personal and unique journey.
Your practice can be fitted in with your schedule, at home or in your office.

Unlike in a general yoga class, learning and practicing yoga one-to-one enables to address your specific fitness needs, health ailments or injuries in the way that is right for you. This is what makes it so beneficial for:

It is important that you enjoy your practice and feel happy. Together we will talk through your goals, well-being and circumstances so that we tailor your yoga practice to your specific needs.
If you are new to yoga, attending one-to-one sessions will allow you to lay strong foundations and feel more confident than in a general yoga class.
Your yoga practice is continuously refined and reassessed as your fitness and health improve over time. You will also take away a 10-15 minutes routine which you can practice at home in your own time, ideally every day.
In this way, yoga really works.
