Pregnancy yoga focuses on energising your body and mind while your baby is growing, making you feel positive, calm and stretched. Practising yoga while pregnant establishes a strong unique bond and a deep sense of comfort and peace. You will learn a variety of gentle postures, breathing exercise and meditation to support you during your pregnancy and labour. Antenatal yoga is safely practice 12 weeks into your pregnancy till your due date.
Mum & Baby yoga focuses on restoring tone, strength and align your body as well as relax and nourish you and your baby. This precious time provides continuation in building a unique relationship between you and your baby. You will be practising suitable and specific yoga sequences to help you maintain well-being, energise, restore and relax your body and mind. And your baby will also be engaged in fun stretches and activities to the rhythm of nursery rhymes and yoga sounds.
Mum & baby yoga is recommended 6-8 weeks after a natural birth. If you had c-section, it is advisable to wait until the scar is fully healed.
You can join one of the general classes around London or in the comfort of you home, you can make the most of it or make it affordable.

One-to-one sessions will deliver an individual and unique program that will target your specific needs.
Or you might prefer to share this experience, get together with other mums and host the practice at each other’s home.
You pay a flat rate of £60 per hour, so whether you prefer a one-to-one or you want to share your class, the cost is the same regardless of location or group size.
